Understanding Community-based Forest Ecosystem Management. In 2001 The Haworth Press released this as a book and in the Journal of Sustainable Forestry. The Sierra Institute’s Jonathan Kusel served as science editor with co-editors Gerry Gray and Maia Enzer. (http://www.haworthpress.com)
